At Lovely Finds, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains your right to withdraw from a purchase, how to return products, and what happens if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
1. Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

2. Return Shipping Costs – Paid by the Customer
If you withdraw from your purchase because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for arranging and paying the full cost of returning the products to Lovely Finds.
Return shipping costs are not covered or reimbursed by Lovely Finds in cases of voluntary withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed.
The cost of return shipping depends on the courier service, parcel size, weight, and country of dispatch.
The customer must return the products without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after notifying us of the withdrawal.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping proof of dispatch.

4. Condition of Returned Products
You may inspect and handle the products only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would in a physical store.
You may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that purpose.
We recommend returning products with their original packaging and accessories, where available, to help ensure safe transportation.
5. Refunds
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option, where applicable.
Additional delivery charges resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after we have been informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned products or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise, without additional refund fees.
Please note: The cost of shipping the products back to Lovely Finds remains the customer’s responsibility in cases of voluntary withdrawal.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products and transactions specified by applicable consumer protection legislation.
For example, sealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded if they have been unsealed after delivery.
Such exceptions are assessed according to the nature and characteristics of the individual product and do not automatically apply to an entire product category.
7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us at:
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where possible.
We will review the issue and provide instructions for the appropriate resolution, including replacement, repair, refund, or return where applicable.
For products that do not conform to the contract, customers will not be required to bear return shipping costs where the seller is legally responsible for those costs.
Please do not send products directly to a third-party supplier or warehouse without receiving instructions from Lovely Finds.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
